In order to have a clear destination plan, I can connect you with my team, and other services, which I highly recommend. I get paid after the property negotiation brokerage of purchasing or selling contracts, where my customers are the party in charge. Negotiations are a win-win, with high percentage on obtaining the contract. My ultimate goal is to find equity, for my customer's quality of life. Some of my expertise are to be in control of the transaction, that is, finding out what is important to the customer, their expectations, and how to help with lender's approval, and to close the deal, by being in compliance on the binding contract agreement.
Carlos Salvador Ezquerro was born in San Francisco and raised in Mexico City where he began his career in real estate. He returned to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1982. With multi-national experience and fluency in both Spanish and English, he is uniquely qualified to collaborate with buyers and sellers in the multicultural Silicon Valley marketplace.
Prior to joining Keller Williams, Carlos sold single family homes, with Citrus Heights office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the San Jose Office of Century 21 Golden Hills, and Casa Propia Real Estate. He also served as a land banking agent with Ace Capital Group.
In Mexico, he represented clients with bíenes raíces (real estate) in Mexico City through Mac Division Inmobiliíaria, Grupo HIR and Remax in San Miguel de Allende. Carlos is resourceful, and focuses on exceeding sales goals by establishing strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
He offers high quality representation, with dedicated customer service in all residential and multi-family real estate transactions.
Carlos holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from San José State University, where he focused on cross-cultural business and organizational behavior.
